Made an online appt so I got in on time.
Sign said it would be a 36 minute wait. I thought it would be 36 minutes before getting into a room but we were in a room within 15 minutes and the doctor did the exam within the half hour. Very pleased with how quickly they got my son in and out. Receptionist was very pleasant.
They have poor bedside manner and did not truly examine my son when I took him in. Very disappointed with the Doctors at this location. They don’t care about the patients when they come in to be seen. Their purpose is to get you in and out as fast as possible but you have to wait 2 hours just to be seen.
We are here now and the lady at check in (Rebecca) is SO RUDE! Brought my husband for sutures and they the staff today are all just nasty rude.
The MAs are so great with my kids and Dr Ploehn(who my son saw this evening) and Jamie, the nurse practitioner there, are amazing as well
I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area looking for good customer service and patient care. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist and did not have a long wait before being taken back to the exam room. I was promptly seen by a doctor and had my health concern addressed respectfully and quickly. The facility was very clean and the staff were wonderful to deal with.
WORST care from the doctor there! Ive been sick for over two months, been to urgent care and emergency room over 5 times since. They always say “Come back if it gets worse or doesn’t get better”. Go back in and they did nothing. Again. She asked me “What do you want me to do for you?”. Then caught an attitude when I asked her to give me a higher quality antibiotic to kick this infection out so I could actually sleep and go to work.
