I recently had some work completed by Sparks Property Maintenance and they did and excellent job. The work consisted of staining and sanding my deck and it came out awesome. Bobby the property foreman is excellent and very detailed oriented. He listens to the customers needs and is able to adapt to any issues that may arise during the project. We had a fire alarm start chirping and were unable to reach it as we have 16’ ceilings. Sparks came right out and took care of it for us. Our dog was very grateful! Thank you!
