Horrible service! My car went into the repair center for the ac. This job was approximately 2k and wasn’t complete on the schedule pick up date. My mom paid without checking the work being that she assumed positive intent. However, after starting the car the ac wasn’t working. They kept the car again mind you no type of rent for their mishap. I have recently received a letter about the recall on the ECU LOGIC IMPROVE and TCU AND IVT R&R preform. To my knowledge this is apart of my computer system that is supposed to alert me of problems that are going on with my transmission and engine. Due to lack of maintenance records on this vehicle and signs of lack of maintenance (including engine sludge), Kia Motors America would not cover repairs needed on this vehicle under warranty. Asking for a possible co-signer is not an uncommon practice in order to obtain the best financing option for the customer.
