The apartment itself is okay, and has good people. Not sure why it says it has fitness center, there's none. It was not clean when I moved in. There was dust, dirt, and hair around my bed. Don't expect to pay the amount listed on their website, you have additional cleaning fees and internet fees on top of the utilities. Water went out for two days and they offered no compensation. spent 3 days cleaning before moving out, i think my roommate made mirror dirty while brushing teeth before cleaning check (he always make mess when brushing teeth)
Great apt complex, management is super nice, and i haven’t had a problem with them. All the people that live here are really nice, and the ward is one of the best that I’ve had. If you’re thinking about moving here, you won’t regret it
I have lived in Sparks for over a year and honestly it has been a really good experience. Management is super friendly and maintenance requests are taken care of almost immediately. They have a nice pool, hot tub and lounge. The laundry machines have this nice feature where you pay through your phone and it keeps track of how long your load is going to take. If you can get 5 dudes together or 5 of your girlies, Sparks is a sweet place to live!
I enjoyed living at Sparks 2. Pros: pool, hot tub, nice clubhouse to host parties, bedrooms are separate (upstairs) from main space, always available parking spots. Cons: weird layout of the complex, not much natural light. A lot of people are complaining about the management. I never had any problems, but I'm also not a difficult person. From my perspective, the water being shut off for two days to fix a leak isn't ideal, but it's not the fault of management.
