Consistantly awful management. Jessica Walburger's review goes over everything pretty comprehensively but for a recent update they just banned all plants and randomly sprung on us with 2 days notice that they're putting electric locks on every door that you need an app on your phone to unlock so if your phone ever dies while you're out you are locked out of your house. Very cool.

This is a long review, but if you want to get a good idea of what it’s like to live here, you’ve come to the right place. Read on to get the most comprehensive tea on an apartment complex you’ve ever seen. TLDR: Outdated but cozy apartments with some good amenities and great neighbors! The apartment itself is okay, and has good people. Not sure why it says it has fitness center, there's none. It was not clean when I moved in. There was dust, dirt, and hair around my bed. Don't expect to pay the amount listed on their website, you have additional cleaning fees and internet fees on top of the utilities. Water went out for two days and they offered no compensation. spent 3 days cleaning before moving out, i think my roommate made mirror dirty while brushing teeth before cleaning check (he always make mess when brushing teeth)
