Sparks furniture is the best furniture store I've ever been in when it comes to sales and their employees. Tim W. helped my girlfriend and I from start to finish without the pushy salesmen approach. He was cognizant of our budget and helped us find exactly what we needed and for a great price. He was so helpful and kind we made 2 more purchases with his help to furnish our entire home. Go in and see Tim for all your furniture needs!
Ordered a recliner on March 16 2017. The salesperson (TW) said that the recliner would be in between 10 days to 2 weeks. Called today (4/3/17) and was told that it might come in on May 23 2017. If I had known that I would have not bought the item. They will say anything to make a sale.
My boyfriend and I went to by some furniture here. We ended up buying a mattress, table, and couch. Tim was amazing and got us great deals on everything. I highly recommend this place and their service. If we need anything in the future we know we will be able to go somewhere reliable.
My husband and I went in to look around and we found a bedroom set that we fell in love with and Tim helped us figure out the pricing and we got everything we wanted and at a wonderful price they are awesome there.
My Mom just bought a bedroom set and new couch. The salesmen were extremely helpful and patient. Delivery was right on target and delivery men very professional. We'll be back.
Jim and his guys were more than accommodating. Going as far as to give me loaner furniture when mine didn't show up on the day promised. I would defiantly come back.
I recently bought a couch at Sparks. Not only did I get a great deal on it, it was delivered, free, within 10 days. My shopping experience was great too. Jim was helpful, answered all of my questions, and left me alone to try out the couches so I didn't t feel rushed to make a decision.
Wont let me do zero. Special ordered a bed, it wasn't in stock, they said they would call when it came in they didn't I called next day, they starting giving me the run around telling me I have to wait 2 more days for them to call me to schedule delivery. Delivery who knows when cause they're busy. Really?? ready to ask for my money back. Don't waste ur time or money!!
