If I could've given this place zero stars I would have I've been a loyal customer since they opened. I walkied in tonight trying to buy something and was not greeted. There were three employees there total, I think one was the manager. Someone was sitting down working on the computer and another one was sitting in one of the recliner's, and when I finally got someone's attention they seemed very inconvenience that I barged in on the conversation that was most definitely not about their work ! I want to share our experience at Sparks furniture. My husband and I were given the chance to piece our furniture set to meet our families needs and will be able to buy more peices in the future for our livingroom thank you Tim for helping us get the perfect couch. Also would like to thank the delivery guys they made sure our furniture had no damage, delivered in a timely matter and put together for us.
Great store good sales people! No questions asked and Jim took care of us, will definitely be back!
We had gone to Sparks Furniture looking for a dinette set, which we found, but wanted to shop around and compare even as far as Tucson. Tucson couldn't come close to the deal Sparks gave us and it was for the exact dinette set we had seen at Sparks. So we ended up back at Sparks and we even gave them the go around because we kept changing our mind as to what exactly we wanted, but they let us take our time until we were comfortable with what we wanted.
Great Prices, the customer service was AMAZING!! I have bought a 3 piece table set as well as a sectional. Couldn't be more please.
