I found exactly what I was looking... and for what I was wanting to spend. Cameron and Tim, both, provided helpful information and were easy to do business with. We ordered an Italian leather living room set and it's beautiful and the perfect addition to our home. Normally I go to Tucson for furniture, but the customer service we received at Sparks has totally won me over. The manager, Tim was very helpful and the guys who delivered our furniture were true gems. 😊

I had been looking for a sofa for quite a while, and ended up at Spark’s furniture in Sierra Vista. They have a great selection of all kinds of furniture, including sofas. I had a lot of questions and found the store manager Tim Wilson. He was without a doubt the most helpful and polite salesperson I have ever worked with. Big thank you to Tim Wilson who made sure we had a replacement when a piece we ordered was damaged and worked with us to find the perfect bedroom set also! I love this place! We have purchased quite a bit from them in the time they have been open and have always been 100% satisfied!
Well for one thing, don't promise 7-10 day delivery and not call the customer to let them know of a change. I went in instead because I left a message and didn't get a call back. I was told that they generally don't listen to the voice mail. Really? Nice to know that they don't give a darn. Furniture comes 10 days later and has nicks in it. Told the driver and took photo and wrote on the delivery receipt where the were and sent the photo back to the store and used the delivery mans camera. Tim Wilson assisted my husband and I with our new mattress! He was great and the savings was just as great!
My husband and I recently purchased our bedroom set from Sparks. Tim greeted me right away and he assisted me in finding the perfect mattress. He was very helpful even through my indecisiveness. I would recommend everyone go check them out, and ask for Tim. I would definitely purchase other home goods from here just to work with him. He is amazing!!!!
