Worse in Vegas They are the worse run office I have ever visited. Phone calls on deaf ears. Mail that never gets read. Try to get a referal for a specialist. Dr says yes Staff says no. Canyon Gate limits the amount of referals allowed. Its obivious Dr Sparks is NOT calling the shots there. That is the most pathetic Doctors office I have ever visited. Never again. Sad 3 other practices know of this office and they hate dealing with them too.

not soo good ! i think theyre not very professional! the staff is very rude and they never respond to the messages. u have to call them a million times and the hold time is ridiculous. theyre not very accurate on their results and i feel like they dont really care for their patients i strongly do not recommend this place!
No time for long "old-fashioned" appts. Healthcare is not a right, a right does NOT impose an obligation upon another person. With rising overhead costs and continual declining insurance reimbursements, these good docs don't have time for long visits. Good luck finding any good primary care doc in the next few years that will have the time to listen and be compassionate. Disappointed... Was recommended to Sparks Family Medicine last year. Actually had to wait over a month for a routine appt. Not your old fashioned sort of Doc. Spent maybe 10 min of her time as a new patient. Very difficult to communicate with the Doctor for lab results etc... Nurse staff is courteous, front office staff very rude, inpatient. Shocked that they no longer take major insurance network. No notice from them. They had the nerve to say pay cash if Sparks is not on your ins provider list. It is more like, I am very l... read more
Some good, some bad I have used this office for over 2 years, as it is close to work. The worst problem is getting someone to answer the phone or return a message left. Once in the office, I have never wasted a lot of time waiting in the waiting room, but some of the physicians assistants are not exactly warm and fuzzy. In fact, they can be drill sargents instead of doctorly.
Not very personable I found that the office staff was not very personable. The doctor I saw seemed interested at first, but I started to feel like I was being more of a nuisance to them than a patient. The parking is horrible and if you are a few minutes late because of it, the staff really gives you a hard time about this.
You Need to Check Up on This Place!!! Front office staff is always rude & some staff doctors are notorious for mistakes. References never sent, wrong lab tests marked, you always have to call in to make sure that things are completed as ordered. Your file is tucked away after your visit and test results, etc. never get looked at or responded to! After many visits, and many mistakes, I give up on this place.
The best doctor ever! I found Dr. Sparks when she was just starting out with another group, she is the best and I was with her for 3 years before we moved, I just wish she would move to Missouri so that my family and I could have the great care that we received with Dr. Sparks. I was one of Dr. Sparks first patients and I will be forever grateful for the way she has taken care of me, my husband and my 3 kids.
