I wouldn’t trust this place to brush my dogs teeth.
The dentist and staff at the office on Prater are very nice and helpful. However, the Customer Service / Financial corporation # is a joke.There have been issues getting my tooth fixed and now after all that i have more damage to the same tooth and cant be seen because their financial dept is awful. I spent 40 minutes being transferred to 10 different people. Once i finally reached the right dept and spoke with "Cynthia" and expressed my frustrstion, she could care less..O… See more

So far absolutely NOT impressed I haven't even been seen as a patient yet. Made an appointment gave my insurance info. Arrived for my appt and was turned away because they (Western Dental) did not have my ins info. Didn't think to bring it as I had been forward thinking. Okay round 2 made another appt gave my ins info, cl back for confirmation of today's appt no ins info Yikes, get me once not twice. Have my ins info in the phone. Hope the dentist is better than the office personnel.
