I have back problems most of my life. I had lower back pain with sciatica. I first saw my PCM of course muscle relaxers take pain meds. Gave me a card with video instruction of stretches. I had been in pain for weeks no resolve. I had been prior patient I just couldn't handle pain anymore. His staff friendly and professional, as well as Dr. Sparks.
