Stephanie was initially hired as our Realtor back in the summer of 2023, to help us rent out my stepdaughter’s home located in Dallas, Georgia when she fell gravely ill and could no longer live alone. She had to move in with me and her father but she did not want to lose her home so she decided to turn it into a rental property until she got better and was well enough to move back in it. NOT recommended. Look the other way and run, as fast as you can. Communication is terrible, promises are made but not followed up. Do not trust this company to manage your property if you want to be kept up to date, want to receive your rent on time, or want answers on anything in general. I feel like I was more hands on with this company, than I would have been had I found a tenant myself. Legal action seems to be the only way to get them to do the job they were hired to do.
Stephanie was the perfect person for the job! She was always responsive and communicative. She also made recommendations on the way to help ensure that we found the house of our dreams at a great price. 10/10 recommend and so happy to have found her to work with!
I have been working with Sparks Realty as one of their lender partners for years. This group is professional, hard working, knowledgeable and very good with their clients. The broker Stephanie is by far one of my favorite agents to work with. She’s level headed and on top of her business as are all of her agents.
