Horrible customer service experience Owners daughter was in the phone several min while ignoring my 11 year old girl .. I finally walked over to her and told her to get off the phone she smugly laughed and said I’m talking to my mom she’s the owner (as the owner, she should be telling you’d be not on the phone when you’re with a client) My girl was super excited to have her nails done and was spending her own money now get this .. she charged an 11 year old girl 100$ for nails , no bling a couple of little sticker designs … ... read more
Our 11 year old daughter had her nails done here, and the nail tech was on the phone for 10 mins talking loudly, not interacting with our daughter, not paying attention to the work she is doing on our daughter’s nails …bad customer service, then when confronted about it she gave attitude. Not to mention charging $105 dollars for her nails.
Maybe I'm from a time when customer services was actually important !! I've never been to other salons where the person who's working on your nails is talking on their phone ,speaker or FaceTime Yelling back and forth.I understand if this was one time. This is every time that i've been in the salon Customers service just bad .The younger girl is not very good I refuse to use her I alway ask for the older lady.
