We purchased a Hydropool spa from Jean at Sima Sparkling Pools and Spas in Dartmouth, and could not be happier. Jean took the time to answer all of our questions even over the weekend. The delivery went very well and we just took our first Spa. We had an alert when we started the tub and Darsh walked me thru the issue step by step. So far the customer service has been great , the front desk are always eager to help me out , they didnt charge extra for stairs , covers , ect compared to other spots I checked out that were charging $500 for steps and everything separate from the hot tub ! Fair pricing , only hot tubs i could find with self cleaning & friendly staff . I was deterred from shopping here first due to the reputation with previous owners, but then was informed about the change in ownership! This a zero star by the way we bought the hot tub it was delivered an was damaged when it arrived they came t replace the damaged panel next week were also supposed to get a lift for the cover which after 8 weeks of lies found one in Sackville at that point they got one told us chuck would pick up an install it which again did not happen so there service is terrible they constantly lied to me my wife we have the cover at 8 weeks later do not recmenand this place . They lied to us repeatedly
I’ve been a customer here for a while and have always been satisfied, even under the old management. The new management is doing an excellent job as well. Their manager, Jean, is extremely professional, polite, and very helpful—he really takes his time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable with every detail. Great service all around!
