Lisa with her manager used to run a tight shop but I can't believe what this place has come to. I wish the current management the best of luck but it's clear they got rid of the only help that knew what was actually going on.
I’ve been a customer for a long time under the old Managment and it was great But under the new Managment I haven’t found any satisfaction I asked questions, the person wasn’t sure what the answer was and sold me the wrong products he Didn’t ask anybody to find out the answer. We purchased a Hydropool spa from Jean at Sima Sparkling Pools and Spas in Dartmouth, and could not be happier. Jean took the time to answer all of our questions even over the weekend. The delivery went very well and we just took our first Spa. We had an alert when we started the tub and Darsh walked me thru the issue step by step. So far the customer service has been great , the front desk are always eager to help me out , they didnt charge extra for stairs , covers , ect compared to other spots I checked out that were charging $500 for steps and everything separate from the hot tub ! Fair pricing , only hot tubs i could find with self cleaning & friendly staff . I was deterred from shopping here first due to the reputation with previous owners, but then was informed about the change in ownership!
