If buying anything from Sparkling Pools & Spas, beware! Just over a year ago we had to purchase a new control box and heater for our hot tub that we purchased from them in 2006. The control box was $1100 and an additional $450 to install. I don't have the exact figures because even through I have asked many times for and actual invoice, to date I have still not received one. Very very bad service! Lisa seemed to be nice when selling things. But they sent a technician, tried to replace parts, charged for service call every time he come to fix things that he never finished since the first visit. They were unable to fix the hot tub, but never want to take responsibility. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!
Had a terrible experince with this company especially with Lisa. Purcased a Cal Spa back in 2008. Not sure who has the ownership now but back then the parents owned it and the daughters worked there. When I bought the hot tub I actually dealt with the daughter who was pregnant at the time. I cannot recall her name but she was actually a good sales person but I think she gave birth shortly after I purchased and I never saw her after that.
