Today we visited sparkling image express oil located on Wible Rd Bakersfield Ca. What stood out to me was we were there to meet with the manager about a pending issue. We assumed the manager who was wearing the clean polo shirt and only guiding vehicles in was the manager of the business. To our surprise, the manager had been expecting us and was the gentleman who was assisting customers and conducting the work.
