Took the time to do an exceptional job on my old Toyota Highlander.
I basically paid $109 for a regular carwash... Very disappointed... Paid for the mats/ carpet as well as upholstery deep cleaning ($109 total) and asked for a "new car" smell. They said they would clean the trunk as well. When I picked it up, upholstery was vacuumed at best (definitely not deep cleaned). Mats were slightly wet but had dirty spots on them (doubtful they deep cleaned - more like sprayed and cleaned with a rag at best). Car still smelled dirty (no "new car" freshener was applied). These are pictures of my son’s head after being brutally assaulted by one of their employees while we were getting our car washed yesterday!! Management’s handling of this serious situation has been totally incompetent, be very careful if you go to this facility!!
I paid $45 for the super wash, they said it would be an hour it took an hour and a half. When they were finished there were still major bugs on the grill, had to tell him to get them off. They used an abrasive something on the hood and left scratch marks, also on the headlights scratched up. Then I was driving an tire warning came on. When I went to put air in the valve stem had been broken so I had to called AAA out to change my tire until I can get it fixed. This damn car wash cost me more money. I went there twice go get a detail job done on Saturday morning. I first called two days before, I was told it would be no problem, come on in early Saturday. I cleaned out the car, got there, the first person I see says they are closed. I said I had an appointment, he again said they are closed. He then pointed at a group of men around a car at the front. I go over there, ask why they are closed, I was told a water main broke. I asked if I could come in the next Saturday, I was told to come in early and could get it done. I... read more
My first time ever doing the full service plus my car needed some serious attention the guys did an excellent job cleaning the inside and outside while I was outside I walked up to the guys cleaning my car and told them they did a good job and my car looked nice and still does.but I was really impressed with the affordable prices too so yes I'll return to this location and refer others too
First off I left a review at the wrong location so let's start over. On mother's day was my first time ever getting full service done on any car I've owned but let me tell the guys that cleaned my car did an excellent job I outside waiting for my car and decided to get a closer look my car looked nice shiny clean I even told all guy out there they did a damn good job and I will return to this location and refer others plus the prices are affordable too
This place does not deserve a star. I went here yesterday with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. After the wash, I got out to look and discovered that the whole side of the drivers side had scratches. I confronted David the general manager and he basically lied and said that did not happen. Called to make a personal property report and was told it was a civil suit. I called the insurance company to find out this happens all the time and that is why signs are posted. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS CAR WASH AFTER THE DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE ON... read more
