Poor service…. Don’t go there to get your car wash.
Freddie did a great job
I kind of like this location because while they have a "wash tunnel" it's an abbreviated one without spinning brushes and the actual washing is done by hand. The application of soap, optional waxes etc and rinsing are applied by automatic sprayers like at any other wash tunnel. Initial drying is also done automatically. While my car was not very dirty (mostly bugs), it looked good at the end.
My wife and I are loyal customers. We love sparkling image. However, I give this location 4 stars because they do not provide enough shade for their employees as other locations do (White Ln, H st). The other locations have HUGE shading canopies, but not this location. The employees are just burning up in the hot sun. Please provide better shading structures. Other than that, this place is great service and cleans the cars very well.
