I went to this facility and went straight home... I had washed my truck before I went to Bakersfield... I noticed water spots and dirt that I missed so I decided to spend 10 bucks... On a wash... When I got home and got my kids off I noticed my truck was all scratched from the hood, driver side, and back.... What a coincidence the driver side was all good. I called the manager and said quote we are hand wash we couldn't have damaged your truck and quote... I don't recommend these jerks
I have been going here for the past 10 years. Washes and detail services, no problems. I don't know who owns this place now, but they damaged my car, ripping the trim off from around the car window. It's one thing for them not to feel responsible, but I was also insulted and told that my car (which is in excellent condition) had obviously been "glued before." That accusation just made me ill. What nice people.
