The brush beat up my passenger side hood at the County Line Rd location. I didn't see it until three hours later when I put a purchase in the passenger door. They went out to check the two recent washes and said there was no damage. They couldn't be at fault. I explained that it had been three hours. They said they would check their camera and btushes, then informed me that it proved they were not at fault. It was disappointing today not gonna lie. (Absolutely loved experience and quality of service last time.) But car was way less than half as dirty this time and a lot of areas didn’t look swept and def didn’t get any air freshener as I paid for. Still bird stains on windows . Just very lower level of quality and I paid for the 31$ wash and tipped 20$ so I was expecting at least as good as last time. He was only about half swept out had to go home and finish vacuuming out the stuff on the floor only half wiped out very disappointed for $56 inside and out I will never be back
Not impressed for $31,water marks various areas, bug spot on windshield,not cleaned between seats.Not good for my first visit.
