They showed up late for the appointment, came without the proper equipment to clean the gutters and then raised the quote from $200 to $500.
Do not make a mistake in hiring this company!! They suck!!! They couldn’t even get the dirt out of the patio floor. Just plain dirt! Not stain. They got the floor wet! That’s about it! We even blew the patio floor before they supposedly “pressure wash”. The window washing is just OK. Nothing great! You can do a better job! Save your money!
The majority of my windows still have smears and dirt streaks across them after Sparkling Cleaning Service came to my home yesterday. They also told me they couldn’t even do my bathroom window of my two story house because it was too hard to get to. I paid extra for my tracks to be cleaned and they are still dirty. What a waste of money and time. I would never use this company again.
The customer service was great. The employees courteous. The window cleaning is poor. They completely missed 3 windows and a glass door. I won't be using this company again.
Buyer Beware! I purchased a Groupon deal from this company for window cleaning. The customer ratings on Groupon are quite high...must be some kind of fix if you ask me because the ratings here and on Yelp echo my experience. I wish I'd searched the web for reviews before buying the Groupon. Where to begin! Well, I guess I'll start with the fact that my windows were terribly inconsistently serviced. I waited a month for an appointment and then got a call the day before that they weren't coming because their other clients in my area had dropped out.
Bought a Groupon and scheduled service. They cancelled several times due to rain. Since time went by with their cancelling, I moved to a 2 story house and wanted to use the $74.00 toward service and pay the difference. They wouldn't because the voucher was for a 1 story house. So lost my $$ because these people are LAZY and unavailable. Don't do business with them!!!
after scheduling an appointment months in advance I was called the day before to re-schedule bc a worker was sick. 10 days later they called again to change the time to better suit their schedule. I had an original appointment from 10-12 which would allow me to get my child to and from her morning and afternoon activities. they wanted to move it from 12-2 which would not work for my schedule. I was then told that they could come at 6:30 am but they would not honor their original time saying it did not work for their schedule... read more
