I highly recommend this business, Nathan was great to deal with.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Do NOT recommend! I had arranged in advance that Sparkling Clean Carpets come to clean the carpets of my new house a few days after I had gotten possession of it. However, a month before the scheduled date, I received a phone call from Sparkling Clean asking where I was. I obviously wasn't there as it was a month before my possession date. I highly recommend this business, Nathan was great to deal with.
Nathan was very professional and friendly. He was able to do a short notice clean and did a fantastic job. You never know how dirty your carpets are until he sends you a video of the water....so cool and disgusting at the same time...lol. I've officially declared my carpet guy and would recommend his services to anyone that needs then. Thanks again Nathan for your hard work.
