Great water. Don't expect it to come on time. If you're empty, you're SOL. Horrible service doesn't explain it enough! No explanation other than "the delivery person couldn't get to it that day." What?! But doesn't come the next two times they reschedule? Just unprofessional on so many levels. If you can find another distributor, try going with that instead of Sparkletts. Update. Absolutely terrible service, your water is terrific, not delivering to my house 2 months in a row, then charging me for equipment rental makes ZERO business sense. It is not my fault you can't find drivers. I can't even get the 5 empty jugs and water dispenser picked up to cancel my account.
Do not waste your money!! I ordered water service to my house, It took a month for me to get my first bottle, they said they would deliver monthly and never did and that’s after calling 2 Times. $17 for 1 bottle of mediocre water. Read the other reviews it looks like I’m not the only 1 who this has happened to.
