I am so done with these people. I have tried to work with them and overlooked them leaving cases of water ($10 each) that I did not ask for. They have done it so many times now that I give up and will cancel my service. I have called and called, complained so many times. Its over! It hurts me to have to give one star!
My account from Alpine was sold to Sparkletts, that's when the horror begins. The Sparkletts customer experience is the WORST example, at all levels of of this extortion machine. If you think that they have a delivery schedule, it's whenever THEY decide to show up. If your ordered a specific product they would substitute with a lesser product without approval and charge your account for their choice. I was there was a 0 star option. If you call their customer service, they have you push whatever number coincides with your issue. No matter what number you press you get directed to "billing", then they have to transfer you. I sat on hold for 55 minutes before hanging up and dialing again. Then sat on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called back the next day, hold for another 20 minutes. I called back and asked for a manager, I was on hold for 15 more minutes. Horrible customer service. Always adding on extra charges. Always got the run around when calling. I will never do business with them again
Awful service (wasted so much time and rescheduled around their time as they are never available until we got our first delivery). Awful delivery service (The deliver guy finally made it to our place after multiple planning and missing his delivery dates. The delivery guy agreed there is something wrong with the machine he delivered but he said we have to call in for replacement!!!!).
