This is the worst service - avoid at all costs. Our dispenser broke. I put in a service request. It took 3 different visits from the delivery driver before they took the broken machine and did not replace it. At no point have they communicated when they will replace the dispenser and every time I call customer support they just tell me they have no ability to contact the local distribution center and there is no way for me to contact the local distribution center.
Had no issues until they sold to Primo. Now I get double charged no service and support is only in India. They can't figure out what to do nor how to cancel my account.
One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, in anything. Missed deliveries, horrible app and website, customer service with non native English speakers. Now they are bought out by another company, and it’s gotten worse
STAY AWAY. Horrible service. Been on hold for 22 minutes to cancel my account. Call multiple times with no answer. Haven’t taken delivery in over a month because they changed my delivery date 7+ times. Charged me for deliveries that never occurred. It’s hell. Can’t get a hold of them. Can’t cancel for the life of you.
AVOID this service! Fraudulent billing practices. They double billed me for bottles on my February bill. They still have not issued a refund several months later. They outsourced their customer service to the Philippines and have not responded to my many customer service requests to correct the billing and refund me - no one is U.S. billing dept has responded.
