Awful. Have tried to get a service visit for our Austin area office, then ultimately decided to cancel. That has been a nightmare as well. Their online chat is so bad, you assume it's AI - but I think AI might do a better job. It was effortless in years past. They tanked the business. Guess we'll be bringing in our own bottled water. Sad.
Once upon a time, each of the companies that have now been absorbed into the Primo/Sparkletts/Ozarka conglomerate was a fine water delivery service provider. We used their services for many years. But that was then and this is now. They are evidently having difficulty harmonizing their systems and the quality of their service has been enormously degraded as a result. This is the worst service - avoid at all costs. Our dispenser broke. I put in a service request. It took 3 different visits from the delivery driver before they took the broken machine and did not replace it. At no point have they communicated when they will replace the dispenser and every time I call customer support they just tell me they have no ability to contact the local distribution center and there is no way for me to contact the local distribution center.
Had no issues until they sold to Primo. Now I get double charged no service and support is only in India. They can't figure out what to do nor how to cancel my account.
One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, in anything. Missed deliveries, horrible app and website, customer service with non native English speakers. Now they are bought out by another company, and it’s gotten worse
