I came here hoping I’d find a way to contact my actual local office to fix some delivery problems I’ve had since the second delivery. But I see your reviews are terrible across the boards. I won’t even waste time leaving the reasons why, as I’ve spent at least 2 hours of my life on the phone with customer service (who continuously say they’re emailing you, but you never seem to get it or don’t care that you’re screwing up) and adding notes to delivery (that your delivery people apparently never look at). Truly terrible service! You can call them 30 times about the same thing and it will not get done. They do not keep track of what equipment you actually have. My cooler was picked up and the kept saying I had it. Water was often left at the wrong house and the nail on the coffin…. Leafs inside my sealed glass mountain valley spring! I have pictures of all of this.
Stay away very unprofessional company!! You'll have nothing but headache dealing with them 🤦🏽♂️
Absolute crooks. The worst service experience I have ever experienced. No one knows what’s going on. Consistently wrong deliveries. They don’t care about you or resolving the order they just completely got wrong and you will be out a lot of money if you use these people.
Dang wish I saw reviews before placing an order. They left me with a filthy dispenser and were late dropping it off. I’ve been trying to reach customer service and they’re impossible to get ahold of. Terrible company.
