Sparkletts broke two promises to deliver a replacement water cooler that was defective!! And when talking to them about these broken promises their response was simply that their schedules can slip. As a result we wasted two day waiting waiting for nothing No apology. No adjustment to our payment for the lack of hot water capability due to the defective water cooler. You cannot TRUST them on their word.

I was told at Cosco that it would only be $6-$7 a month. My first bill was a WHOPPING $79. The 5 gallon bottles are really too heavy for my husband and me, so I talked to Sparkletts. They said I could get 3 gallon bottles for the SAME price as the 5 gal. Really! I finally told them I wanted to return the dispenser. I was impressed with the quality of this for the first month, however, I received emails that my water was delivered as was not. I called the customer service line and they told me that they sent a text to the driver. He never showed up. What kind of service is this? I am not paying until I receive my order. The water is good but the service is a 1 star!
My boyfriend and I were excited when we saw the Sparkletts rep at Costco again. We thought we missed our opportunity when we didn't sign up the first time they were posted, so we jumped on it the next time. We received our initial delivery/set-up just fine. Every 3-6 months I have to sit on hold for over an hour to fix my account that I never make changes to. Sparkletts just decides to change our every 2 weeks, replenish all bottle delivery to every 4 weeks with 2 bottles. We have always been a business delivery. Now they missed a delivery because our account was switched to a residential account with weekend deliveries. We have auto-pay and never mae changes. Why does the account keep changing? Additionally the customer service is trash.
