Worst customer service
My daughter got me this service for Christmas and I absolutely love it. The delivery man is so kind and pleasant each time I see him.
Customer for several years now - App doesn't work on Android - customer service is a brick - rude, unprofessional - called about a missed delivery and the app not working - they didn't care, literally seemed like the guy was trying to make me repeat myself for no reason Otherwise the product is fine lol
Sparkletts constantly misleads the public when they advertise 5 gallon glass jugs on their website but then they skip your deliver numerous times because they say they are out of stock. This has happened on more than one occasion
HORRIBLE COMPANY! PLEASE READ MY REVIEW!!! We signed up for 4 (5gallons). After my second delivery a few days later I get two new gallons delivered and I wondered why. Called customer service. They told me I will still get charged but will get refunded once they get all 6 bottles back. It's been over two weeks! I put the water out then they said they rescheduled without notifying us! They haven't picked up the water so still no refund. They always tell us " we will call you back" and no call back. We have to keep calling bac... read more
