I had water delivery from Sparkletts for about a year, my order was six 5 gallon bottles every 2 weeks, and it was a terrible experience. I only got my water delivered on my scheduled dates about 50% of the time, they were consistently rescheduling with little to no notice. One time they missed delivery for one of my bottles, they delivered it to me the next day but charged me a $15 special delivery fee. Overpriced and not needed when you can place filters into your sink and refrigerator
We've been with Sparkletts for about 5 years and they have consistently got my order wrong and changed my delivery day without letting me know. Ive contacted custo.er service about a dozen times and they always say they'll fix the problem and then never do anything about it. Ive just dealt with it this long hoping to give them a chance to figure it out but this week they changed my delivery day without notice Again and also got my order wrong Again. Don’t order the 5 gallon mountain valley glass bottles, they never have it in stock despite allowing you to order it. We’ve waited for almost two weeks with no sign of the bottles being back in stock. They just keep pushing our delivery date back two days at a time. Joke.
