I called several times to book an a appointment. My phone call was never returned
Yhe good: The manager, Riki, is a wonderful person and tries very hard. The cleans themselves, while a bit uneven, are very good on the whole. Teresa, in particular, is an excellent cleaner and a very nice lady. The bad: Way too many missed days because of a perpetual staffing problem. Eventually caused us to change companies as of this week. Too bad because we really liked them.
