Sparkles is the best place locally for blowouts! Colt and Abigail are two of my favorite stylists. They make my hair look fantastic and work magic! Colt has always been accommodating and efficient with my bookings, even going above and beyond to fit me in last minute. I highly recommend a membership at Sparkles!
