During the escrow of my condo, the buyer inspector found stains in a closet, and it turned out there was mold growing in the closet. I called Cenmar of Sparkle Restoration who they restored my next door neighbor unit several years ago, and they did very good job restoring. The mold in my closet was found 7 days before the closing of the escrow, so I panicked and called Cenmar if he could finish restoring it before the closing of the escrow.
