Super happy with my experience today ! Got a mani and pedi! Lee went above and beyond with attention to detail. Very clean and great service ! Will be back again !
Came in at 4:45pm and off rip was treated like a nuisance, even though they close at 7pm. I wasn't greeted and my nail tech was getting her own nails done. She reluctantly did my nails and rushed through the entire service and on top of that, was on her phone most of the time. I didn't speak the entire time out of embarrassment. I never ever treat myself to getting my nails done and the one time I do, I get treated like im an inconvenience.

Terrible experience all around. I left with sore nail beds and a terrible paint job. When I came home I was able to peel my polish right off.
I initially had a great experience at Sparkle Nails and was very happy with my gel manicures. However, over time, both the service and professionalism declined. Out of respect, I am choosing not to include my nail technician’s name, but interactions became increasingly unfriendly, especially when calling to schedule appointments.
