I had a terrible experience at Sparkle Nails. When I walked in, I was greeted by an older gentleman who simply handed me a number and told me to sit at a table. A technician came over, but her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. She didn’t engage in conversation and rushed through the process, even though I tried to explain that the gel was burning my nails.
