I've been a 3-car monthly wash member for past couple years now but in past 3 months the wash quality and dry service has gone wayyyyy down hill. EVERY wash I've had in Nov-Dec-Jan have tons of excess soap coming out of the tunnel and after drive home there are a lot of dried soap streaks all over my black paint and windows. Management seemed helpless in their response to complaints....hey, ownership....get your crap together!!
My car is currently inside this building and everyone went home. I brought the vehicle in at 11am and they told me it would be done in 3 to 4 hours. I gave them until 6 and when I called they said it still wasn’t done but wouldn’t give me an ETA. She said she has no idea but they’d call me when it was done. Now it’s past their closing time and they never called to tell me they were keeping it over night! I can’t reach ANYONE to release my car! RecommendedI have had 2 monthly passes for 2 cars, the past couple months have been very disappointing. This morning I went , 2 young ladys drying cars? 3 cars dried themselves as did I, 2 cars left. I'm one visit away from canceling my passes. NO I DONT WANT TO CALL THE MANAGER, good management can see an issue and help. Clean it Sparkle or im out
I think you need to advertise more accurately your tire treatment. You will treat 20% of the tire. My first time I thought it was a mistake. I returned with my truck and my Camry. Nope. The first tire is 80% treated and is goes downhill from there. I have to show your quality of work. By the way. There are 7 other car washed within a few miles of your location.
I have had the monthly pass for a bit now, after having multiple times them not doing the items I have paid for on this pass, I am canceling. And by the way, more times than not the girls do a better job. Forgetting to do the door jams and not blowing out the water in my mirrors when this is what I have paid for. With so many car wash places popping up everywhere, you need to taking care of your customers.
Paid extra money for the top wash exterior and interior and I can do a better job on my interior. Definitely won’t pay the extra money next time and probably check the car before I tip good!!
I called the other nearby location to make sure they were open on Sunday and able to shampoo my seats and floors. They said yes.... anyways, long story short after driving 40 mins to get there, the detailers went home because they didn't want to wait. It's now 35 before they even close! So I go to the Riverton location, find out the South Jordan place also told me the wrong price. The Riverton group were AMAZING. They crew stayed late to shampoo and even gave me a free car wash. Just had our truck cleaned at this location and rather have the whole crew bust out drying, tire shine etc. Half of them Sat by the building doing absolutely nothing. Truck wasn't even dry. Also got this nice deep scratch in the door. Will never be back to this location. Doesn't really deserve the one star but can't go any lower.
