This car wash has always been super functional. Quick and easy. There are employees to help you and they are incredibly friendly. I have never been ignored here. They always check in and they help communicate when I don't understand the machine haha.
I love this car wash! Everyone is always friendly, it’s clean and a fresh supply of clean towels are always available. My only request is that the initial mopping of my front and back windows before entering the was be a bit more thorough.

The customer service is great from start to finish. The ‘members only’ lane makes for quick access with your window sticker and the other lane has an attendant who helps, if needed, with the payment process. The attendant inside the car wash ensures that you get the desired wash by reviewing your profile as you pull in. Brush, no brush, etc…whatever you specify.
