Nathan was extremely helpful during my visit to the car wash. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. He worked hard, had a great attitude, and made the whole experience quick and easy. Excellent customer service I really appreciate his help and will definitely be coming back!
I’ve been fully satisfied at Sparkles here in Greenwood SC for several years now. Impressed with how courteous employee Owen is at this location. All the equipment always works….. the washing the vacuums the compressed air sprayer. I’ve tried the other newer car washer that have opened here but due to my satisfaction at Sparkles I’ve never thought about changing to one of the other places.
This car wash has always been super functional. Quick and easy. There are employees to help you and they are incredibly friendly. I have never been ignored here. They always check in and they help communicate when I don't understand the machine haha. Owen and Cameron were the best. Very helpful, precise, and fast.
Service isn’t the greatest. They act like you are inconveniencing them and don’t do a great job. 90% of the time, the buff and dry don’t even work and you get 2 little foam drops of the color foam (the smell good stuff). You cancel membership and they won’t return your money even though you’re not using it for the whole month. Would not recommend.
I love this car wash! Everyone is always friendly, it’s clean and a fresh supply of clean towels are always available. A little more thorough mopping of my front and back windows before entering would be great, though… Other than that, I’ll keep coming back!
