After being a loyal customer of at least 12 years, I just had the worst experience. I took my car in for a car wash and I come out to get in the car and drive away and the windshield is cracked from top to bottom. The piece of plastic around the bottom is missing a cover protectant. The owner accepted absolutely no responsibility for the windshield. I will never go back, and no refund for the car wash.
