Sparkle car wash damaged my brand new truck. The truck is 8 days old and I brought it mid morning to wash the salt off from the recent snows. When you pick your vehicle up the door is open and so I never noticed the scratch the left on the trim on my drivers door. I drove the truck to the pentagon where it sat in the parking lot all day and then drove it home where it sat on the street in front of my house. Each time I go(strictly out of convenience) there is always an issue and each time I say I won’t come back. Finally learned my lesson today. After waiting 23 minutes to watch my car come through the wash, I went outside to see what the hold up was. There was no line and they had just left my car outside, unattended and not even vacuumed. By the time they finished it was 30 min of wait time for what should have taken 10 minutes. Had they acted liked they cared, even the least little bit, would have have made a big difference.
Not a good place to clean your car even tho I pay for a #3 service they have me my rims dirty is not only pricier that dc but they do not clean the cars well unless u get the best, I spoke to the owner and he was Asian and trying to sell me up instead of apologizing terrible customer service 👎

If I could, I would not even give this business 1 star.. The service I received today was less than acceptable. I have had my car washed at this location several times and have never had an issue until today... I will never again.... and advise all to not trust this company with servicing your car. The attendants and owner alike are completely incompetent and do not care nor know how to provide good customer service...Today the attendant locked my keys in my car... Don’t go to this car wash. I’ve been going for years and today they damaged the interior of my car. They refused to take responsibility, we’re really rude, and wouldn’t even refund me the $20 I paid them. I always ignored these reviews and now I regret it :(
Have been going to sparkle for years. Been noticing decline in service lately. Today went in. Have to give clean off an F. No one hardly wiped down the car, windows are still dirty on the outside. Only that has increased is the price. Other car washers on Route One who do a much better job. Done with Sparkle.
Young deadass I just came in for a simple Carwash but the fact that something was taken out of a bag is what pissed me off even more then I noticed once I got home. I went back to speak with a manager and they act like shits sweet I would of been fine if they asked can we get some but for them to take something and then act like no one did anything is was gets me honestly that place is trash bro y’all better off going somewhere else or doing it yourself
