Needed a oil change and I was in the area so I decided to give them a try and I made a bad mistake oil change went smooth it’s after I left problems started with my Chevy was running very different and it got worse shifting issues and started smoking a little and the smell..got the car home and I said what the hell I decided to check the oil level and to my surprise it was way over filled so long story short I went to Valvoline and they confirmed and documented it for me on my receipt. I would not recommend this place.

Took the car in for a bath and had a super nice guy that spent extra time to scrub away the bugs!! The little things make big a difference In someone’s day. High five to that guy!
SO RUDE! I have been getting my oil changed here for over 5 years, and have never been treated as poorly as I was by Ed, while getting my oil changed. Raised prices again with no warning, then starts talking about some skid plate :: hasn’t been an issue since I got my vehicle, but all of a sudden is the cause for another up charge. When I called him out on it, he changed his attitude a little bit. Don’t treat women poorly because you assume we know nothing about our vehicle!!
Been going here for years. Always bought the $50 book for the tire shine. Book no longer covers tire shine because they raised prices. Now it's a scam.
