The representation of this facility is the opposite against the actual concept of what this facility should be. The idea for a medical daycare is wonderful especially providing private care for special children, but the staffing and management selection for this facility is what makes this facility 0 stars. As a member of the staff in this facility, I have a unique perspective I believe should be shared. While there may be areas for improvement, the leadership of this facility, and its corporate leadership is very receptive to feedback and always taking steps to improve the care provided, as well as the overall morale of the patients and staff. I recommend this center to anyone and everyone that has a child with special abilities! My son has been attending this center for almost a year and we have had such a wonderful experience! Between all of the struggles with my son’s health, we have had other health issues with his father. Everyone has been so kind, caring, and compassionate for all aspects!
