I went to Spark Health after my friend referred me. I am active in fitness and really wanted to know what foods I was allergic to or ones that were causing me to bloat and have stomach issues. I was amazed by their food sensitivity testing! My naturopathic doctor explained all my results and the foods I was allergic to. I now have a new diet and eat to what my body NEEDS! I feel so great! I also do their b12 vitamin injections and their IV therapy! :) Thanks Spark!
I can to Spark Health initially for IV therapy, but left with a healed knee. One of the naturopathic docotors does PRP and Prolotherapy! He was excellent, my knee has never felt better. I feel like a new person! What a gem to find in San Diego.
I have been in the health industry for 15yrs. I promote a lifestyle of using food as your suppelment, BUT, as an avid athlete/CF competitor, sometimes you need that extra support to assist with performance and recovery. I have been to Spark Health numerous times for the vitamin shots. All I can say is that they are the real deal! Bottom line is, if you haven't, you should! Besides, they are super nice and you feel empowered just being in that place:)
Today I had the opportunity to go into Spark Health for the first time and I really enjoyed it. The space is amazing, so open, welcoming and vibrant. The prices are fabulous for what they provide. They are clear, concise and thorough. I will be back to get my daily shots.
As soon as I walked into Spark, I was impressed. The decor/design calmed me and the phenomenal service made me feel at ease about getting a shot of B12 in my bum. I definitely felt a difference the next day and was able to wake up easily the next morning (after having a couple glasses of wine) to run my usual 3.5 miles. The people I met while there firmly believed in the benefit of the things they offer, which made me so excited to be a part of it. I was so impressed with the facility and staff that I can't wait to go back!
I can't say enough good things about Spark Health. Dr. Aliza is the absolute best. I feel so utterly amazing after working with her. I didn't have any major health issues, just was feeling a bit stressed out in mind and body. I've done quite a few IVs and I feel SO much better. I'm one of those needle averse people and her nurse makes the whole process easy and fun!
