Shout-out to Sue! She was very nice and compassionate about helping me get my friend a medical kit for his booboo he got from cutting cake at 2am (told him bad idea 💡 might want to use a fork) . She also gave me no smoke about being shirtless in the lobby cus of the time of night, she gave me the pass with a welcoming smile as she gave me the bandages and medical pack :) Give this lady 3 free vacation days and a 1$ dollar raise. I'll vouch
UPDATE!! We asked for housekeeping on day 3. No one showed. We called and asked for housekeeping for the following day and waa told that they would make sure it was done. Well.. we arrived back and found that it again had not been done. No fresh towels or clean sheets. We chose to switch hotels. Not a great experience!!! We booked a king bed room and were told by the hotel that we would have a couch in it. Our son joined us on our trip. When we arrived, the person at the desk was rude. Spark by Hilton – Walker, MI ★★☆☆☆ At first, I was very happy with my stay here. The hotel was nice, clean, and welcoming. I felt comfortable, almost like being at home, and I appreciated that feeling. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. The staff’s behavior shifted dramatically — becoming rude, mean, and at times outright abusive. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but several issues made our stay frustrating. The toilet would only flush if you held the handle down until everything went down. The tub stopper didn’t work, which was a big problem with two six-year-olds who needed baths after a day at the waterpark. The front desk told me none of the tubs in the entire hotel work, and there were no rooms available with a functioning tub.
