7/17/2026: After I posted a one-star review, Kelsey called and told me they had never canceled my reservation. However, during our previous conversation, she had informed me that my reservation needed to be canceled because the hotel would not have maintenance staff available during my stay. She advised me to book a room at the Tru Hotel about 10 minutes away instead. Later on after that conversation, the hotel posted the comment on this review.
