First, I would like to start by saying Brandi at check-in made our experience wonderful. My wife accidentally booked the wrong day for the wrong weekend through hotels.com. They said we needed to contact the hotel itself. She helped us get that canceled and then honored our payment for the same price for that night. We were in town for our son's graduation at Fort Knox, which was about 30 minutes away, so there was a little stress that we were under when we found out we booked the hotel for the wrong day. Worst experience! We were supposed to get a sweet they didn't have any upon arrival and then our room wasn't that clean and the air unit in our room was garbage and didn't even feel like it was working and even started smoking at one point and the downstairs desk people didn't even seem concerned when bringing it to their attention! Won't ever stay there again really makes Hilton look like a trash hotel when they are supposed to be the best?
They’re a downgrade from the Tru properties. It’s just this one is about location for me. I’ll stay here again when the other Hilton Properties are over priced.
