I recently stayed at a Spark hotel by Hilton, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was not friendly or welcoming. As a guest, I expect at least a basic level of courtesy, but there was no warm greeting or acknowledgment when we checked in. We had a 10 day stay at this hotel but we canceled for the following week because of the service. Customer service throughout the stay fell short. Our stay at Spark by Hilton was disappointing. During our week-long visit, our room was not cleaned, and towels were only replaced when we requested them. We also experienced less-than-expected customer service. I hope management can improve housekeeping consistency and service, as this did not reflect the quality I expected from a Hilton property.
