Great stay! The Spark by Hilton Round Rock was a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was right there. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Round Rock area. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
Super quiet, COLD rooms.. best sleep ive had in along time
I was staying here after surgery. The rooms AC broke and we found roaches. The front desk made it seem like we were being difficult for wanting to change rooms
Not sure about this being a Hilton 🤷♀️ The hotel charges a $100 deposit, which was no where on their website. The front desk guy seemed, transactional, and had no clue where the information was, but he assured, IT’S THERE and ALL HILTON’s charge this deposit. Which is TOTALLY NOT TRUE! I almost thought it was a scam because he wasn’t friendly, and didn’t know much about anything. Rooms were clean, bathroom needed some tlc.
