I stayed in Room 111, which was large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location—close to the interstate while still surrounded by greenery and adjacent to a park. Despite the convenient location, I couldn't hear any road noise from my room, which made for a quiet stay. The only maintenance issue I noticed was that the shower handle was a little loose, but it didn't affect its functionality. DO NOT STAY. FRAUD. Check your folio on check-out. I was erroneously charged an additional $20 for a dirty bath towel. Disputed with my bank and filed a complaint with Hilton. If you check their travel advisor, several others have made complaints too.
Room were clean and spacious.Shower and all bathroom fixtures work well. Breakfast was bagels,oatmeal and cereal. We did check in via app. No issues checking in that way!
Had a reservation cancelled and no show fee charged even after being confirmed that this wouldn't be the case. Biling department Rep(Aaliyah) was extremely rude and belligerent. Hilton Rep claimed their hand was tied and only hotel could resolve issue. I'm a Silver member. Very useless and wouldn't recommend. Should have stuck with Marriott.
