Currently staying here at the spark hilton and im very disappointed arrived at the hotel the receptionist had a major attitude was very dry and unfriendly. Got to my room and it was a wheel chair accessible room which im not in a wheel chair . It was a very bad order in the room that didnt go away ..didn't have a remote went to the front desk and she was not a happy camper when I asked for a remote . Upstairs was very loud stomping etc I will never stay here again I wish I could be refunded..
Newly renovated hotel in Longview, Texas. It is efficient with friendly staff and easy to navigate.. offers a clean affordable comfortable stay with a light bagel and yogurts and coffee breakfast in the morning. it has a great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and plenty of parking. The property has a small swimming pool and a guest laundry room. A special thank you to Mr. Tommy, the front desk manager, for always being kind and welcoming.
