Our interaction with the front desk staff was professional and inviting. The wheelchair accessible room was on the fourth floor a longer walk from the elevator than expected. I would have benefited from having grab bars in the restroom as well as a walk in shower. We made it work. Upon checkout I was alerting my family I wanted some apple juice as I wheeled out with my walker a few steps behind them. They didn’t hear me , but the desk agent heard me. Housekeeping never check or clean room for the week I stay
My husband and I stayed here for one night, the beds were comfortable. Like super comfortable... ( I now know I need a new mattress) The hotel room/lobby was clean and inviting. There was no hand soap in the bathroom though. The breakfast options are limited to bagels, a few muffins, two-three cearel options, boiled eggs, a dainty yogurt bar option, and some sub par coffee.
