Beware. They overcharged my card at the counter after I had already paid in full on hotels.com. I attempted to resolve the matter and get a refund for the overcharge but they would not help. They were rude and dismissive about it and would not allow me to speak to the supervisor.
This location was actually very close to everywhere I visited while in Jackson. The hotel seems to be newer but still could be upgraded. The carpet is horrid! They didn't wash my blanket before I got there, so there were stains, and I had to request it be changed. The breakfast is mediocre, but they are close to an IHop. They only have bagels and cereal. The lemonade machine wasn't working, so they offered orange juice. The fruit had rotted.
This hotel has been remodeled and very much improved from the last owners ... Hilton this stay was for my sons bday and your staff out did themselves. I want to give a big praise to ms. Calandria Potts she not only made sure our stay was wonderful but she even sung happy birthday to my son and he loved it I love how nice and professional she was at this establishment.
