My sister and I stayed at the location a couple of times but this last time was my last time. The day we check in the girl at the front desk was horrible and very unprofessional and did not wanna do her job the correct way. I have been a Hilton member since 2014 and had never had a problem until this past weekend. Another girl that was there the day we checked out was rude as hell with a bad attitude. great hotel clean affordable
I've always visited Hilton hotels. And this hotel, since I arrived, they checked me in at 6:30 p.m. I entered the room and the smell of Clorox was very strong. I didn't even have a towel. I went to the lobby and they wouldn't give me any. I really regret coming to this hotel. I would never visit it again... the experience was horrible.
