Pretty rude on the phone, wish I had known that before I had booked. Hung up on me the first time I called and wouldn't let me talk the second. Fitness center (not a real gym) is set to 81 degrees and has no water.
My wife’s car broke down in the 118 degree heat. This was the closest hotel. When she finally got booked and unloaded with 3 kids. She tried to use the pool which was closed by 8 pm! She told the receptionist they were hot and tired and the kids needed to cool off after being in the extreme heat. It was 10 minutes til 8 at this point and she refused them. Way, way outside of town. The area is barely developing. There is a Target nearby but it’s an area mostly close to the casino and resort.
