Just ok hotel. Cold breakfast, bagels and cereal only but a Dennys right next door. At a main intersection takes away from balcony ambiance. No veteran discount.
We would definitely stay here again. The facilities, including our room were all clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly, professional, and helpful. The canteen area was well stocked with various kinds of snacks. The rooms were designed with technology in mind. My room was very small. I paid way too much for it. The front desk person when I was checking in.Got kind of upset with me when I called it a motel The first time it's just a refurbished comfort inn.
Stayed here in November. Got an upgrade to a two bed, but clearly you could tell they did not clean the room. The room items were out of place, no soap/shower gel. It was obvious they didn’t finish cleaning the room. Then the next day I booked again & tried to get a different room but wasn’t allowed. Then they over charged me on one of my rooms. We were looking to stay close to Fountain Hills and this hotel was perfect for a family. The rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast had something for everyone and a nice dining area. They had coffee and tea available all day. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They made a great effort to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.
