The room looks clean but the bed sheets look old and towels are old and dirty.
2 stars for the room and it's that high because the bed was clean and comfortable, there were plenty of charging ports along with wireless charging, but that doesn't negate the issues. I was in room 100. Guess what is outside the window? The smoking section. As a non-smoker it was revolting to continually smell the smoke coming from the area. Very Nice Stay, I Had A Balcony Overlooking The Pool & Spa Which I Enjoyed. The Beds Are Comfortable And The Continental Breakfast Was Exceptional. I'd Definitely Stay Here Again!
Customer service is excellent. Breakfast is simple but more than sufficient and food and dining areas are very clean.
