My wife’s car broke down in the 118 degree heat. This was the closest hotel. When she finally got booked and unloaded with 3 kids. She tried to use the pool which was closed by 8 pm! She told the receptionist they were hot and tired and the kids needed to cool off after being in the extreme heat. It was 10 minutes til 8 at this point and she refused them. Way, way outside of town. The area is barely developing. There is a Target nearby but it’s an area mostly close to the casino and resort.
Had a friend stay here with a little Chihuahua. They had them in a pet friendly room paid a deposit, but apparently wasn’t allowed to leave his dog in the room. Check out the owner cops because the dog was left in the room. We went up the street for lunch. And at lunch, we received a call Police officer asking if we had booked a hotel there which no I did not but apparently you have to give your ID if you go and see someone there.
