We had booked our 2 night stay through Hotel.com and found out that Hotel.com did not forward our request to Spark. Luckily, V. Josh, the Front Office Manager, was on duty. He recognized the error and got us the last room available for the night and then worked on next day cancellations and got us our 2 nights we needed. Josh is a professional!
Hotel is clean and staff has been helpful and polite. Not fancy but safe and clean.
The hotel staff "pranked" me while I was trying to get a good night of sleep. This place appears to be owned by some family, and I would highly recommend staying somewhere with better reviews. I don't want to go into too much detail but the staff thought it would be funny to try to provoke guests and I caught them in the act. Trust me, find somewhere else to stay.
Friendly staff. Very friendly. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. Price is right for a few nights as well. Can't think of how I would change it.
