I recently spent several days at Spark Hilton hotel for business and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by Payal Patel at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful and very efficient. She was attentive to guest needs and a hard worker. It was nice to have a friendly smile at the reception as it sets the mood for the entire stay. Thanks Payal for your help and having a nice personality.
Very spartan. Major dormitory/ hostel/Days Inn vibes here. No hot breakfast, except for pancakes. No eggs, sausage or bacon. The popcorn in the lobby grossed me out- reminded me of Kmart back in the 80’s.
DON'T COME TO THIS FISHING PLACE. i got charged by the front desk twice, even though i told him i prepaid everything already and showed him the receipt. He insisted charging me once more and i am asking refund. Too much headache. I am actually reading other reviews and it seems that charging additional $100 deposit or extra fees fraud are pretty common in this place, happened several times before for the 1/5 reviews. Internet is so slow. Cannot even watch YouTube videos. FaceTime with my mom got cutoff offen.
A very great atmosphere of cleanliness and great service! Definitely at the top of my list. I'll return again very soon.
Overall, not bad... although the fact there wasn't a coffee maker in the room was a bummer.
