Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The AC in our room was not working properly, and the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. The room itself was also very small and felt cramped, especially for the price we paid. Overall, the lack of working AC and limited space made for an uncomfortable stay. I expected much better for the cost.

Do NOT waste your time or money coming here. I reserved a room through booking.com and drove 12 hours. I noted my pet would be with me, the property noted “No problem.” My card was also charged as well. When I got there to check-in I was immediately told they do not allow cats. They were also not able to give me a refund. I even have my cats emotional support papers signed by a LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL and they still denied me. Place is nasty. First we were given a key to someone else's room. Then we found other people's cloths on the floor in another room.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was lackluster especially in the beverage and hot food department. Room was clean. However the AC gave off a musty smell and there was no facial cleanser bar like most hotels have, just the basic shampoo, body wash, conditioner and lotion. Hair dryer didn’t work well and no exhaust fan in bathroom so it got steamy. Shower did have good water pressure. Bed was ok, pillows need replaced, they were flat as soon as they were touched. Good location. Comfortable bed. Carpet is old. Ice machine not working. Very Limited breakfast. Overall not very clean appearance but convenient to Garden of the Gods.
