I stayed at this hotel out of necessity. It is in a great location, with quick access to most things someone would need. That is probably the only good thing about this place. The night time desk agent was the friendliest person there. When I went to the desk to extend my stay for another night, the morning shift girl was asleep at the desk, I woke her, asked to extend my stay and she cut me off during my question, and was very rude. The front desk staff sets the tone for this hotel—and unfortunately, not in a good way. Not once did anyone stand up from their chair to greet me or offer even basic customer service. When I asked questions or requested my receipt at checkout, the response felt more like an inconvenience than part of their job. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and certainly no sense that my stay was appreciated. The room was fine. It smelled like wet dog. The location next door was having a loud party until midnight that was extremely loud and annoying. Will not be staying here again but you do get what you pay for.
We arrived close to 9pm and didn’t feel very safe due to riff raff hanging out in the parking lot, but we had already checked in through the app since my husband is a diamond Hilton Honors member. The rooms were fine, but early the next morning while I was in the shower my dad needed to use the restroom. He went to the common bathrooms out in the hall just to find them locked, the lobby lights off, and not a soul to be found.
