This was close to places we wanted to visit. Getting in and out of the parking lot was always easy, which is not the case with some hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful. I always like the bagel bar for a quick breakfast.

One night, wanted to make some tea so I got some water from the hot water dispenser. There was black specks in the water. When I told the front desk clerk, she said ok and "what were you trying to do?" I told her, "drink some water. She proceeds to grab a cup, go to the back, run hot water and gives me a wet cup. Do you love falling asleep to the sounds of gunshots? Do you love watching drug deals going on all over around your room? Do you appreciate homeless people and people that don’t belong in your hotel roaming the halls outside of your room? Then this hotel is definitely for you because that is exactly what you get. The customer services and the customer experience is poor and it is downright dangerous. This may be the most disgusting dirty hotel that I’ve ever seen in my life. Did not meet my expectations for a Hilton property. The staff was friendly, but did not recognize my Hilton Honors status. Upon entering the hotel, the entire lobby, elevator, and hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. Once in my room, it had an odor of old cigarette smoke. The room was clean except for the desk surface. The shower was pretty good but looked outdated. On the plus side, this was cheaper than surrounding hotels - you get what you pay for.
