I have stayed here several times 3 to 10 days at a time. Staff is friendly, rooms are what a budget Hilton would be only problem is the use of the bottled soaps I like the old way of getting new little bottles or small soap bars. Personal choice.

RENTED THE ACTIVITY HALL AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING, NO WATER IN BATHROOMS, 5 BROKEN TABLES HAD TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK FOR ASSISTANCE WHEN CALL THE MANAGER COURTNEY STATED IT WAS MY RESPOSABILITY TO LET THEM FOR WHICH I DID BUT IT WASN'T MY REPOSABILITY AS I RENTED THE PLACE AND IT SHOULD HAD BEEN READY FOR US TO ENJOY. THE MANAGER WAS SUPER RUDE HANG UP AND TOLD ME TO JUST COME IN AND GET THE DEPOSIT THAT WAS ALL SHE COULD DO. DON'T GO HERE
I book the day before arrival. The value was good and free breakfast. Since this is a Hilton property I felt pretty confident the accommodations would meet my expectation. The I read the reviews. I felt ugh, but it was only for one night. I must say that the bad reviews were not helpful. I found the facility clean, room fine, Bath a little outdated but so what. Breakfast was OK, but they ran out of tea. I survived. I would stay there again. Very convenient location. Yes there are several other hotels right on that street too
Stayed here while in town for work and would definitely recommend. The rooms were clean and Carmen’s customer service is amazing! She made the check in process simple and efficient and followed up to ensure I was enjoying my stay. Great customer service is hard to come by. Carmen has beyond amazing customer service!!!! Thank you for everything, Carmen.
