I got in the shower and hair and mold was in the shower, my husband asked for an extra blanket and was told they didn't have it, any hotel is suppose to go get anything a guest needs from the laundry room or an vacant room. I got up at 4am and waited for the worker on duty and a sign read will be back in 15min if not call this number still no answer or a sign of a worker for over 30 minutes. I booked this hotel for a work trip through the Hilton app and expected it to meet the standards typically associated with the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. Upon arrival, I found the bathroom to have a strong mildew odor, and there were small hairs present on the shampoo bottles and white towels, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. Booked a room for Masters weekend before I read the reviews, which admittedly was stupid on my part. Called and tried to cancel it the next day, and I understand the no cancellation policies for all the hotels in the area because of the Masters, but its also nine months before the tournament and they would have no problem selling the room again... well, they would if their reviews weren't so terrible. So grateful this place was available for short-term housing after having my house on fire. Most of the staff doesn't speak English but they smile a lot and they're very friendly. The room is very clean. Pet friendly.
