I would like to thank Jorman from maintenance for coming so promptly in responding to our broken, leaky garbage disposal problem. This gentleman assessed the problem, left to get the replacement and returned and installed the new disposal quickly and efficiently. Jorman is a courteous gentleman who is a credit to the maintenance crew at Spark Bloomfield.
Lived there for 4 years. Great experience, but the move out process has not been great. They're still holding my security deposit and prorated rent. Currently being ghosted after numerous emails and phone calls looking for updates. Looks like I'm not the only one that has had this issue.
