I lived here for 1 year and had a great experience with the team! Krystal and Jemuel in the leasing office offered great support when needed. Mundo, Jorman, and Rei responded very promptly to all service requests. And Alex, property manager, quickly provided options when for when I needed to move. Would recommend!
I’ve lived here for 5 years. The apartments are cool with big windows that let in a lot of light. My end unit faces the golf course, giving me nature views. The place is quiet and maintenance is almost immediate. No complaints except for the price of housing!
Very very pleased with Sparks apartments in Bloomfield CT. Office staff are gems! Friendly and always helpful. Properly is beautifully maintained. Lovely plantings, large pool with lots of seating, grills aplenty, and the option of having garage space is a huge bonus. Our apartment is spacious, light filled with a fireplace which we have loved. Front desk and maintenance could not be more helpful. Very dog friendly, clean and an all around nice neighborhood
I am honestly so disappointed by our experience at Spark. We have an upstairs neighbor that has a sound system and they play music that heavily uses bass. It’s a consistent nuisance and we are miserable living here. They have played music until 4 am on weeknights and broken quiet hours. We tried asking them politely to turn it down many times.
