Any issues I’ve had have been immediately addressed with the problem completely fixed- eg new water heater in <24 hours instead of trying to patch together the broken one. The staff take care of and care for their residents.
Jem was great to work with, he made our move very easy. He was helpful and forthcoming with information would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.
Where shall I even begin?? from my first mtg w/Krystal to moving into my apt shortly thereafter, i have been continual impressed by the The Spark Management & Maintenance Teams. Clean apartments, quiet neighbors, chill management. Gym equipments might need some TLC. No major complaints. Lovely apartment to live in.
