They use ai to answer their phones, when I called a Portland area number, a robot told me they only service Sacramento. I asked said robot to have its manager call back, he was pretty rude and unapologetic about the whole ordeal. I prefer to give my money to businesses who employ and pay real people, not businesses who try to cut costs by using shitty AI technology.
Luke diagnosed and fixed my problem with ice in the freezer and leaking into the fridge periodically in ~30 minutes. Professional. Friendly. Good communication. Would highly recommend and would call again.
