It was easy to set up an appointment. Rufat was right on time and he was very professional. He did a great job with my dishwasher. Happy to have found such a great service.
Great service - this is the third time we have hired them (washer, dryer, freezer). They are prompt, super nice, and reasonably priced. We were able to get an appointment online
Sparks on line appointment process is so efficient. On the morning of the appointment, Rafael was very responsive - he texted us earlier about when he would be arriving. He was so polite and tried to fix our washer. (We had anticipated having to replace it but thought we'd give it a try). Will definitely be using Sparks in the future!
