I have called the office central phone number because the elevators aren't working and I must say that Raúl was disrespectful.We talked on the phone twice and he showed an uncompressing attitude towards me. I am a customer stuck,so far for 50 minutes,on the seventh floor waiting for the elevators. I have tried like 14 times to contact someone using the intercom and nobody answered. Great staff I’ve been there for 5 months and finally moved out! Nice storage unit and very secure BUT The maintenance guy Raul is a creep always peeking at me and flirting with younger girls he even asked me for a kiss on the cheek once he definitely needs to be investigated or fired. But other than that it’s good to store your belongings here.
