I’ve always received good service at the StoreQuest North Miami location (1396 NE 125th Street), and I’ve been a customer for at least seven years, currently renting multiple units (at least four or five). However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. When I tried to rent an additional unit, I was told that the “entry rate” advertised on your website only applies to new customers.
