This facility is riddled with unprofessionalism, poor communication, and questionable business practices that savvy customers should steer clear of. DO NOT RENT HERE – SCAMMERS & RUDE STAFF This place is an absolute nightmare. They do not honor their own legally binding contract—I provided proof of my own rental insurance, yet they still charge me $17/month and refuse to refund it to this day. They double your rent without any sort of courtesy reminder, claiming it was a “special rate” that expired, but they don’t have the decency to send a reminder before jacking up your bill.
