I walked in and the place was very dirty. Equipment falling apart. Was sat at a chair that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous person. Still had their dirty water in it and used towels. Other chairs were left with dirty water and towels just sitting. Not even close to the standard that the east side location is held to. I got up and left before my chair was cleaned.
Second visit and will go back again! Today's visit was a bday gift for my 11 year old and her two besties...the Princess Pedi! Was awesome for them.
I love SpaRenity Nails, west side, and Julie. I can show Julie any design from Pinterest and she replicates anything I’m wanting to try.
I love SpaRenity Nails, west side. Julie is the best and ensured my granddaughter was taken care of with a princess package when I brought her unexpectedly. One of the other staff just arrived and she did an excellent job as well. Friendly group.
Jasmine is great! Never makes you feel rushed friendly and concerned.
